Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Detroit
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Navigate Detroit's neighborhoods using GPS technology and local knowledge
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status updates through our mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based tracking
- Strong knowledge of Detroit metropolitan area
- Reliable personal vehicle (or company vehicle provided)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
