Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages to designated locations within Austin
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and navigation skills (familiarity with Austin preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from Austin distribution center
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking and communication
