Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely package deliveries to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and verify inventory before departure
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Wichita metro area roadways and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Professional communication and customer service skills
