Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods throughout New Orleans Parish and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo and verify delivery accuracy
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Class C commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of New Orleans area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
