Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials to designated locations
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Indianapolis area
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
