Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials to designated locations throughout Fresno County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and verify shipment contents upon delivery
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route changes or delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong knowledge of Fresno County roadways and navigation systems
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality for on-time deliveries
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation systems
