Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete mandatory training programs to obtain CDL certification
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight calculations and documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical capability to handle freight up to 70 lbs
- Minimum 21 years of age
