Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently across the United States.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload freight accurately while adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and route changes.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logbooks in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery and pickup locations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and company policies.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and occasional overnight travel.
