Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles across NYC boroughs
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer records
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
- Adhere strictly to DOT safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of NYC traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
