Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services to passengers in the Greater Boston area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and local city ordinances at all times.
- Utilize the mobile application to navigate routes, track earnings, and accept ride requests.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Collect payments securely through the app and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age (or 19 for specific services).
- Access to a reliable, insured 4-door vehicle (10+ years old) OR willingness to use our rental vehicle program.
- Active smartphone with a stable internet connection (iOS or Android).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
