Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using our mobile app for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure operational safety and cleanliness
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status and updates
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Represent ExpressRoute Logistics with professionalism and friendliness
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with LA area
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one (mileage reimbursed)
