Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when requiredPerform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
- Communicate delivery status updates through company systems
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Orlando area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
