Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon receipt.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to find the best routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or accidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle or willingness to use ours.
