Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across San Francisco Bay Area routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with precision and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Document trip details, mileage, and cargo information accurately
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure fleet readiness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical examination
- Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area geography and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical knowledge for pre/post-trip inspections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
