Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) for local/regional routes within Arizona
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols during all operations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Load/unload shipments using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Document all transportation activities and submit required paperwork promptly
- Represent company professionally while interacting with clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Phoenix metro area and Arizona highways
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
