Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and trailers in a safe, legal, and professional manner.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers across the Las Vegas valley and beyond.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate driver logs (ELD) in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid United States Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong understanding of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and meeting physical demands of the job.
