Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and on-time delivery
- Represent Atlantic Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Virginia/North Carolina highway systems
- Flexibility for regional overnight routes and weekend shifts
- Must possess excellent time management and communication skills
