Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to deliver freight on tight deadlines
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to maximize delivery times
- Handle documentation including bills of lading and delivery confirmations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading when required to ensure on-time departures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Missouri roadways and Midwest region
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for early morning starts and weekend shifts
