Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on established routes throughout Virginia
- Execute timely deliveries while maintaining strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize route efficiency and resolve delivery challenges
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with proper documentation and verification
- Represent LogiFlow with professionalism during customer interactions at delivery sites
- Participate in continuous safety training and equipment maintenance programs
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and route navigation systems
- Strong knowledge of Virginia roadways, weather conditions, and regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overnight trips
