Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely nighttime package deliveries throughout Colorado Springs metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Optimize delivery routes using real-time GPS navigation and traffic analysis
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations during all operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift/move packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management skills and punctuality mindset
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
