Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and ensure DOT compliance.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding any delays or issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing and available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
