Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL required) for regional and long-haul routes
- Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with dispatch for route optimization and delivery confirmations
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members during transit
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
