Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (26+ tons) for local/regional deliveries
- Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and route optimization protocols
- Handle time-sensitive shipments with 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Maintain electronic logs and delivery manifests
- Communicate with dispatch teams using telematics systems
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (PA or NY endorsement acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging
- Hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally
