Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all necessary driver documentation.
- Deliver freight on time and in excellent condition, providing top-tier customer service.
- Secure cargo properly and adhere to weight and balance regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, and delivery updates.
- Keep the truck clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to travel to Denver, CO and various locations across Texas.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
