Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums) to identify passive candidates for emerging tech roles
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for specialized 2026 roles: Quantum Computing Engineers, AI Ethicists, Neural Interface Developers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles: from technical screening to offer negotiation with 95% candidate satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation, benefits, and employer branding
- Implement AI-assisted recruitment tools while maintaining human-centric evaluation processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in hiring for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Expertise in Boolean search, Boolean search operators, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, TensorFlow, Qiskit, Unity) and engineering methodologies
- Experience with recruitment automation tools (Greenhouse, Lever, SeekOut) and ATS implementation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, diversity metrics)
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS, CPC) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio showcasing successful hiring for complex R&D roles in fast-paced environments
