Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of net-zero infrastructure systems (energy, water, waste)
- Integrate IoT/AI monitoring for real-time resource optimization
- Develop circular material sourcing and lifecycle management protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, urban planning, sustainability)
- Ensure compliance with 2026 ESG reporting frameworks and evolving regulations
- Present solutions to C-suite stakeholders and municipal authorities
- Research and pilot emerging green technologies (e.g., carbon capture, vertical farming)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 7+ years in sustainable infrastructure or green building design
- LEED AP / WELL AP certification required
- Experience with BIM/CAD tools and energy modeling software
- Demonstrated success in circular economy implementation
- Strong understanding of climate resilience and adaptive infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder management and public speaking abilities
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ large-scale sustainable projects
