Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with Science-Based Targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG task forces across procurement, operations, and product development
- Design circular economy solutions for waste reduction and material regeneration
- Drive stakeholder engagement through sustainability reporting and impact storytelling
- Monitor regulatory shifts (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD) and ensure compliance
- Optimize resource allocation through carbon footprint analytics and lifecycle assessment
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech innovators and sustainability thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing corporate sustainability strategies with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in GHG Protocol, SASB, and TCFD frameworks
- Proven track record implementing circular economy initiatives
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability reporting tools (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Certification in ESG management (e.g., GRI, CDP) preferred
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decision-makers on sustainability ROI
