- Establish KPIs for measuring impact and ROI of sustainability innovations
- Present breakthrough strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen biodegradable materials
- Build strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability, circular economy, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record scaling ESG initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (SBTi, GHG Protocol)
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability MBA
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Watershed, Persefoni)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in circular economy design (Ellen MacArthur Foundation)
- Strong presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
