Responsibilities

- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Manage innovation lab teams prototyping zero-waste solutions
- Partner with venture capital to identify and integrate emerging green tech startups
- Present breakthrough innovations at global sustainability forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable carbon reduction impact
- Proven track record launching circular economy programs (>$10M scale)
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (SAP, Watershed, Persefoni)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams (20+ members)
- Published thought leadership in sustainability innovation
- Certification in Circular Economy Leadership or equivalent
