Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate long-term vision into actionable operational plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency and reduce friction across all departments leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure teams have the tools and talent necessary to meet ambitious year-end targets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends and competitor movements to inform strategic pivots and innovation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on the 2026 product and go-to-market strategy.
- Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress against the 2026 vision, providing real-time insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or a high-growth operational role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans with a focus on 3-5 year horizons.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in complex organizational environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
