Responsibilities
- Direct high-level operational strategy and execution for venue and event logistics.
- Collaborate with international governing bodies and local government agencies to ensure compliance.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks across the entire event lifecycle.
- Oversee vendor performance and manage third-party relationships.
- Develop and implement crisis management protocols to ensure safety and continuity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management or strategic operations, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large-scale infrastructure.
- Proven experience working with FIFA, IOC, or similar international governing bodies is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in budget management and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
