Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive technical strategies and system architectures aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
- System Scalability: Oversee the development of scalable, high-availability cloud-native systems capable of handling massive growth and complex data loads.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of generative AI models, LLMs, and their integration into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
