As a key player in our growth strategy, you will optimize our internal career pages, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and execute high-level candidate sourcing strategies that leverage SEO best practices.

Responsibilities
- SEO-Driven Recruiting: Optimize job descriptions and career page content for organic search rankings to increase application volume.
- Technical Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search and data analytics to identify passive candidates in niche tech markets.
- ATS Management: Maintain and audit our Greenhouse/Lever system, ensuring data integrity and automated workflows.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing to produce high-converting recruitment content and case studies.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Apex at tech meetups and online forums, actively building our external footprint.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO for recruitment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Analysis: Strong data analysis skills to track conversion rates and sourcing channel effectiveness.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive copywriting.
