Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring novel approaches for quantum error correction and optimization.
- Translate complex research findings into production-ready software components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
