Responsibilities
- Safely transport medical specimens, organs, pharmaceuticals, and critical supplies across Madison area healthcare facilities
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and chain-of-custody documentation for all sensitive materials
- Utilize GPS tracking systems to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time performance
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature control for time-sensitive and temperature-sensitive shipments
- Provide exceptional service to hospital staff, lab technicians, and clinic personnel
- Perform vehicle safety inspections and routine maintenance checks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Medical courier or healthcare logistics experience required
- Certification in biohazard handling and OSHA bloodborne pathogens training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate temperature-controlled equipment
- Proficient with mobile technology and delivery management systems
