Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep understanding of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
