Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on future market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 5-year market projections
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual/async environments
