Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Produce executive briefings and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-makers
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
