Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in technology, economics, and social behavior to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making across all business units
- Present future-focused insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business operations
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and media partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
