Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging technological paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0)
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with data-driven decision-making prowess
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing foresight projects with multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
