In this high-impact position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive trends, develop scenario-based strategies, and pioneer solutions for markets that don't yet exist. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning AI ethics, quantum computing applications, sustainable tech adoption, and human-machine integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets (Web4, Bio-AI, Neural Interfaces)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Architect annual innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D investment allocation
- Champion ethical innovation governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of Web4, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech ecosystems
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
