- Partner with product development teams to integrate futuristic concepts into tangible innovations.
- Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to anticipate disruptive forces.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios compellingly.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology Management, Business, or Engineering) preferred.
- Certification in foresight or innovation methodologies (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists) is a plus.
