Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to co-create future scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and build thought leadership presence
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders and public speaking experience
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
