Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate-tech trend analysis preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) a plus
