Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps integrating innovation, risk mitigation, and market expansion opportunities
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for 2026 initiatives aligned with ESG and sustainable growth principles
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members, translating complex futures into executable plans
- Manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors to validate strategic hypotheses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership within tech or consulting sectors
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, CFS) strongly preferred
- Experience building and managing global strategic networks across diverse industries
