Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring 2026+ technological paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Design and validate prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author thought leadership publications shaping industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling tools
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight methodologies
