Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional ideation sessions with C-suite executives to map 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies impacting global markets by 2026
- Curate annual Future Horizons Summit featuring thought leaders from MIT, Stanford, and DARPA
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in publishing peer-reviewed futurism research (Nature/Science preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting using Delphi methods and Monte Carlo simulations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic foresight initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology roadmaps implemented in production environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (AFS or CFS) required
