Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Future-Proofing: Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware, into our 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve the energy efficiency of large language models (LLMs).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to translate complex research into production-ready solutions.
- Standards & Governance: Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Language Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and drive technical roadmaps in a fast-paced, startup environment.
