Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a compelling product roadmap focused on AI-driven transformation, aligning it with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the discovery and implementation of generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics features to enhance user experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, and sales teams to prioritize features and manage expectations.
- Product Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and ideation to launch, growth, and iteration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and KPIs to validate assumptions and measure the success of new initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor product managers and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence within the product team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience in the technology sector, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI or Machine Learning products.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs, computer vision, and NLP, with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to completion.
