Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end autonomous agent systems designed to handle complex business logic by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create a comprehensive AI technology roadmap that aligns with our 5-year vision and 2026 market targets.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce robust ethical guidelines and safety protocols for all AI deployments.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into legacy infrastructure to ensure seamless scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or strategic technical leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating technical concepts into business strategies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
